		<description>That&#039;s exactly why I tried to teach my kids about consequences instead of punishments.  It sounds to me like Noah decided that the pleasure of feeling the rain on his face was worth the loss of a few behavior points.  

It also sounds like he has a better set of priorities than his teacher.</description>
