How do I give Barry 40 minutes?

Feeling a little guilt over here but we all know how I feel about excuses…that is excuses are like, er, well something everyone has (begins with a, ends with hole) and they all stink. The actual phrase has been ingrained in my head for years although I rarely utter the words because of the offensiveness of that one word.
Excuses are like _ _ _ _ _ _ _ s, everyone has one and they all stink.
That said, I stayed up too late (see time stamp) and it is an 84° sleep inducing sauna in this house and whatever needs to be done to the A/C is beyond my repair skills. I had hoped to relieve Barry 1/2 an hour early. I am so grateful for him running over on his shift!
