Giddyup for STAR

The web cameras are really cool. I would like to have them up all the time but with Comcast’s bandwidth throttling, our network seems to drag to a halt. We are supposed to have an 8 megabit connection (downstream) but I think upstream it is throttled to 768 kilobits which is ridiculous. The cameras of course are upstream. The world will change so dramatically when we can get broadband universally available and faster!
