- I started playing the trumpet in band when I was in fourth grade.
- The first movie I ever saw in a theatre was Song of the South. My dad took me to see a re-release of it at the Tennessee Theatre
- I remember sitting in my dad’s lap, watching classic Star Trek. It came on every Saturday afternoon, and it seems like every week was “Shore Leave”
- I also remember my mom washing my hair as I lay on the sink, and she sang, “You Are My Sunshine” to me.

Were you one of those geeky kids who carried a lunch box like with Barbie on it? And did you get beat up on the bus?

I didn’t carry a Barbie lunch box, I had Lidsville.
And I didn’t ride the bus.

Ohhhhh, so you were the kid who walked to school and got knocked down by the others and his milk money stolen?
