I’m too tired to tell the long version of the story, but the short version is that instead of getting anything done I spent the evening at Children’s Hospital getting stitches in Amy’s eyelid. She’s fine but I’m exhausted and totally unprepared for Girl Scouts tomorrow. Pictures of a very brave toddler tomorrow.
No doubt she’s related to Noah …
Oh man alive! Hugs to both of you. It must’ve been pretty bad for them to stitch a girl’s eyelid. My youngest daughter had to have the glue when she was about 2 1/2. They told us if she were a boy, they’d have stitched it, but they try to preserve looks on a girl. (Whatever!)
Here’s to some downtime for you both.
WOW!
We have a 2 year old who I am constantly having to pull off the dog. So far the dog has been patient (especially since he came after the baby was born) but I am always waiting for him to snap at him.
Luckily so far all my dog seems to like are wooden blocks and raw chicken.
I hope your daughter gets well soon.
