There are a lot of fireworks displays scheduled in and around Knoxville this 3-day weekend. Doug will be juggling before a small fireworks show on Sunday night. Will you be going to see a big, professionally choreographed show, a small local show or are you creating your own fireworks display?
Seeing as how I hate crowds … home-style is where it’s at for me! Some cookin’ … some knitting … cleaning house, eh … that can wait. Gonna work really hard at doing as little as possible!
We prefer to float on our boat and watch the “home-grown” fireworks that everyone likes to do off their docks. We float up real close and get a front row seat – the fireworks look beautiful over the water – and then putter off to the next cove where we see some going off.
