I amazes me that there is so much road construction in Knoxville. It amazed me 14 years ago, and still amazes me today!
They repaved our road, then the city bumped up the water pressure. You can’t do that, even gradually, where there are 100+ year old lines under the road. Needless to say, they’ve since dug up our newly paved road about 75 times in the last few months.
