Since it took so long to fix the lights and Amy bursts into tears every time I start to remove the ornaments (“No! That’s my favorite!”), maybe we should just leave the Christmas tree up all year.

My kids keep bringing me ornaments that “fell off” that I don’t put bak on. I figure they’ll undecorate the tree for me by March at this rate.
My youngest told me that Santa was going to be mad at me and that her daddy was going to spank me for taking the tree down. Then she wanted me to call my mom to see if hers was still up. When my mom said no she cried.
