A sitter for all the children used to mean “adult” time. Then it evolved into nap time. Now it’s super-efficient and economical shopping time. I’m sure that the stores will be calm and crowd-free on a Friday night. It won’t matter that I have no idea what to get for some people will it?

Update: We got a teensy bit done. It feels really good to not have nothingness in the secret hiding places. It was extra nice to not play the “distract the children” game while shopping. My goal for the weekend is to finish the crafts so that Monday can be spent standing in line at the post office.
