I like it! Let’s take a step further and make the close directly above the tree spot in the living room. Then you simply lower the tree dumbwaiter style to the living room. It can be a complete enclosed closet (no door) so it can double for hiding presents!

No one is helping you??? Isn’t the decorating a family affair? We were always the ones to stand behind the tree so we could hand off the lights and the tree would be light all the way around.
One day I’m going to have a “Christmas Tree” Closet. When the holidays are over, you put the tree, FULLY decorated, in the closet until next year. Next year comes and you just take it out, fluff it up, and wha-la! A decorated Christmas Tree!!
