I think we all turn into our parents. I have found myself saying things I swore I would never say for example ” you want something to cry about, I’ll give you something to cry about” or that oldie but goodie “if you fall down and break your neck, don’t come running to me”. LOL Strange to think they were programming us while we were children lol.
How about “because I said so” or “we’ll see”.
