There’s always a coup underway in Fiji … seriously, we were there 2 1/2 years ago and the locals were preparing themselves. But Fiji is made up of, what, 330 islands? We went to one that only one family lived on. My LOST theory is still that there is a fancy resort on the opposite side if the island if they’d just walk around to it.
