Doug has the weather radio on and I have the tv weather on (they keep begging viewers to e-mail their pictures of weather damage), but so far it is quiet here. It’s 78 degrees and slightly breezy. The air doesn’t have that ‘heavy’ feel that tornado air usually has but I noticed that the squirrels are hiding. Usually the squirrels are busy and playful but I can’t see a single one in the trees right one.
8:32 – Not a single raindrop has fallen here. All is calm.
9:45 – Sprinkling, thunder in the distance.
10:10 – LOTS of lightning. I’m going downstairs to watch tv in bed.
Morning now – The sun is shining and the birds are singing. No trees down and the creek behind the house is low and quiet. All is well.
The first wave up in Anderson missed us. Will we be so lucky with the 2nd and 3rd?
I came to your page via Friday Ark and thought for minute woah. The link is broken. It took me to my own page. But I was wrong, it’s your page. We use the same template.
Boom rumbly boom rumbly FLASH!!
(Quiet, I’m trying to put the kids in bed…)
