You will find it unrolled throughout the entire house, torn into tiny pieces and dropped in the bowl (cardboard tube and all), but you won’t find any on the dispensing bar where it is expected. It is over-used or under-used (yuck) but rarely correctly used. We need a dispenser like Children’s Hospital has, that dispenses individual sheets.
