While the calls to Tommy from military recruiters seem to have vanished, one small college has gone into recruitment overdrive. They call multiple times each day, especially during school hours. Are they that desperate for students? Are they trying to reach a quota of special needs students? I’m a bit confused. I thought Tennessee had more students than schools.
