It’s essay time for karate again.  The assigned topic is “modesty”, a completely foreign concept to Noah.

My report is on modesty. Modesty is not bragging or showing off. My mother thinks that modesty is being yourself, but using discretion about what you say, do and wear. My dad thinks modesty is not embarrassing others and knowing when to not embarrass others. You should also dress right, think good things and act nice.  I think I could be more modest if I didn’t play so many videogames and try to help people on them a lot. It applies to karate too, because you don’t go around kicking people, you only do it when it’s needed. That’s why you should use modesty. There’s always a need for modesty!
