Last night I made Barbecue Cups. Brown ground chuck and mix with barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Flatten biscuits into muffin tins, spoon in some of the meat mixture and top with grated cheese. Cook according to biscuit directions. Supposed to be a lazy way to make dinner. I managed to overfill the muffin pans with ingredients which resulted in the inside of the oven being covered with melted cheese and sauce drippings. Now we’ve had the oven doing its’ cleaning thing for three hours and the temperature in here is like a sauna. Bleah.
