1. Why does Evan throw everything in the sink while Amy throws everything in the trash?
2. Doesn’t anyone want these stupid nifty server racks that have been in my bedroom for years?
3. How would a 12 or 13-year-old explain suddenly having a new digital camera? Would their parent just say “finders keepers” too? What good would it do them without the computer cables or battery charger? I just don’t understand people who steal. It is a completely selfish and hateful crime and criminal.
Just thinking aloud since nobody else blogs on the weekends.
1) Evan = my genes; Amy = your genes
2) I do! Put it in the sink.
3) I wonder about the response to “Hey Mom. I need a battery charger for a Kodak Z730. Oh, and a USB cable. And, um, software to download the pictures.”
What is a server rack?
Did you get the camera back?
Jordan used to bring stuff home all the time that her friends gave her. I would always make her give it back unless it was something simple.
I would never let her keep a camera!
1. Like the question “How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop”? The answer to your question is… “The world may never know”
2. Ummm… No?
3. If the parent was worth a lick of salt, the camera would have been returned already. So I have to say that if they raised the type of kid that would steal the camera, and aren’t the type that would scream at them and force them to return it… then they probably wouldn’t notice. (Yes, I know that is a grave overexaggeration, but it is my story and I am stickin’ with it).
