    “I lost behavior points today because I held out my arms and felt the rain on my face and skin instead of running inside when it started raining.”

    I am sooo looking forward to summer vacation.

    It’s too easy for some adults to forget to enjoy the small stuff in life. I remember waiting for rainy days so that we could dance in the rain.

    That’s exactly why I tried to teach my kids about consequences instead of punishments. It sounds to me like Noah decided that the pleasure of feeling the rain on his face was worth the loss of a few behavior points.

    It also sounds like he has a better set of priorities than his teacher.
