Frank - Seems like a good guy but I think he’ll die because he knows about the island.
Keamy - DEAD
Miles - Handy guy on this island but we know he’s disloyal. Gotta die.
Other characters
Anthony Cooper - DEAD
Desmond Hume - Hiding with Penny. Has to return to be the body in the cave?
Kelvin Joe Inman - DEAD
Danielle Rousseau - DEAD
Dr. Christian Shephard - A ghost
Penelope “Penny” Widmore - Hiding with Desmond. The body in the cave in the future?
Charles Widmore - I have no idea.
Pondering - What if . . . the flash forwards are still flashbacks? What if the island is in the future and Ben only knows what he knows because he uses a time portal (that is located someplace cold enough for a polar bear to survive) to slip back and forward trying to “correct” the things that don’t go the way he prefers? Desmond isn’t having flash forwards, he is having flashbacks of experiences he skipped. Adam and Eve in the cave are two of the people currently alive. Desmond and Penny? The series will end where it began, with the plane crashing on the island. The theme of the series is course correction.
More pondering - Is the island really an island? Is it a ship? A spaceship? Is Richard an alien?

Pingback by Reality Me » Someone's got to die! 05.23.07 @ 8:11 amI don’t think the futures of Jack or Kate as seen in the flash-forward are set in stone…
Comment by Barry 06.04.07 @ 2:25 pmYou think there are multiple futures? I sincerely hope not because that is comic book territory. The only way I might buy that they are not safe is if someone is killing off the survivors after they return to prevent information ever becoming public.
Comment by cathy 06.04.07 @ 2:44 pmLate comment on the Death Watch, but I don’t think the flash forward was a “finale” flash forward but a middle flash forward and Jack and Kate made it off the island, but like Jack said, “we should have never left” which makes me think they had an out, but left people behind and that’s why Jack is so desperate to get back.
Comment by Dean 06.26.07 @ 12:58 pmDesmond was able to change the future, somewhat, wasn’t he? He couldn’t change Charlie’s future, but he changed his own as a result of his vision didn’t he? I’m a little hazy on how that episode went…
It’s tough to make predictions based on what’s on-screen when the producers make “clarifications” on what’s going on, during the hiatus. You don’t know if they were misquoted, pulling our leg, not sure, speculating, or willing to ignore what they said and do something different. Unless it’s something innocuous, like a clarification on a name or past event, I wouldn’t rely on what’s not on the screen.
I am thinking, however, you might want to get ready to erase that strike-thru on Mikhail…
Comment by Barry 01.28.08 @ 4:33 pmThese are just guesses. What do you disagree with besides Mikhail’s fate?
Comment by cathy 01.28.08 @ 4:59 pmI wouldn’t disagree with any of them, really, except I wonder if Rousseau and Alex won’t just wander off together back into the brush eventually. Rousseau is such a survivor I have a hard time seeing her dying… I can see Karl sacrificing himself for Alex, though. Ah, young love….
Comment by Barry 01.30.08 @ 10:55 amGuess I missed that prediction, huh?
