This Friday, Krispy Kreme is celebrating National Donut Day with free donuts. I don’t know if we’ll participate though. Last year the manager at our Krispy Kreme (Kingston Pike) was rude and cranky about it. “I didn’t advertise this. How do people know about it?”
Ooh! All the more reason to go..to irritate the manager!!!! hehe
I guess Krispy Kreme doesn’t have a “at participating locations only” clause. Of course a braintrust that thinks because HE didn’t put an ad in the local weekly that nobody would know about it is to say the least clueless, and I might be hesitant to eat anything in a store managed by said person.
Michelle is right though, the opportunity to annoy him all over again would probably be more than I could stand, and I would HAVE to do it… even if I had no intention of eating the donut.
