I really mean “Stop feeding the dog people food.”
When I say “Did you hear that noise?”
I really mean “Please go check the house.”
When I say “What have you done to this room?”
I really mean “Clean up this mess.”
When I say “All of the children are asleep.”
I really mean “We have 15 minutes to ourselves.”
Sometimes, when I say “what was that noise?” it really means “what did the dog just eat?” Because my dogs eat Legos…
