We started this beautiful fall day with a parade. Evan was disinterested in the activity until a soldier walked up and handed him a fistful of candy. After that, he was a big parade fan. He screamed and yelled when his sister marched past past us. “See-rah! See-rah!” Doug spoke toddler speak, too. “Plane! Plane! Helicopter! Tank!” Molly just basked in the glory of police officers pointing at her and grinning. They know a good dog when they see one.
