While opening and closing his tiny fist in a ‘gimme’ gesture, he repeats “this” over and over again with increasing volume and urgency. Mom holds up item after item in an effort to determine which “this” he wants until success is finally achieved. He smiles, walks away clutching the treasure and throws it down on the ground. Then, the tiny voice is heard again. “This, this, THIS!”
